Work through them and you will be a stronger person.  After it’s over we will have more strength than we had before. We may fight and disagree with the negative things that happened to us but at the end we realise that they changed us for the better.

Go Beyond Your Limits

The fact is that we never really know our limits in life until we are pushed into them or until we push ourselves beyond what we are currently doing.  We have control of determining how much we will push our own limits in order to truly achieve our greatest potential in life.  Don’t sit passively by waiting for life events to force you to go beyond your limits – Initiate!  It feels much more gratifying when you take charge and make it happen on your own.    So start pushing your own limits and discover exactly how far your limits can take you!!

Focus Training


Distractions are not just frustrating; they can be exhausting.  By the time you get back to where you were, your ability to stay focused goes down even further.

Our concentration is limited each day, and a lack of focus makes us far less effective if we need to do deeper thinking work.

Life is full of distractions.  I’ve found there is no problem with most people’s IQs and learning abilities; they simply lack focus and do not know they have this challenge, or the technique and approach they are being taught with does not suit their style.

Focus training, which includes using the abacus as a tool, is another good approach. I am an advocate of focus learning.  Bill Gates affirms, “Maintaining focus is a key to success.”
